"It's all about the Benjamins baby": Even fellow Dems object to Omar's anti-Semitic attacks on Twitter; Update: House Dems circulating petition demanding action from Pelosi

Twitter may be a sewer run by hypocritical hacks, but occasionally it performs the public service of mask removal. Last night, frosh House Democrat Ilhan Omar from right here in Minnesota suggested that Republican support for Israel originates in money from the Joooooooos. Ironically, Omar was responding to a rebuke by Glenn Greenwald to House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, who had called out Omar for earlier anti-Semitism:

Are people really being required to pretend that the only topic on earth on which the votes of US politicians can't be bought is the Middle East?

And are people really being required to express astonishment that a moslem politician should reveal himself/herself/itself to be anti-semitic?
