Interesting stuff. After the bar (you may remember), I spent 4 months in southern and eastern Africa and witnessed an actual witch trial while staying in my gf's rural Zambian village. The most amazing aspect to the whole ordeal was that the alleged witch was "identified" by her victim, postmortem of course, as several members of the "tribal court" carried the deceased man's coffin from door-to-door through the village.
