Jihadi conflicts of interest
Tom Smith

This is getting ridiculous.  Can it really be true that lawyers who formerly represented terrorists are now inside the DOJ working on matters regarding what to do about the terrorists?  A former law professor is one, reportedly.  Now that's just not right.  I don't know what the DOJ rules are on this, but on something this consequential, you really need people with absolute impartiality.  If we are going to try KSM et al. in New York because some former law professor who was on the defense side in jihadi prosecution thought it was a good idea -- well, that's just shocking.  Not even funny.  I mean for God's sake, do we really need a terrorist lobby?

"do we really need a terrorist lobby?"

And so we enter multiculturalism's end game.
