Posner Rakoff Plessy Korematsu Buck Bell | National Review

It’s quite an achievement to make federal district judge Jed Rakoff seem reasonable by comparison, but that’s exactly what Seventh Circuit judge Richard Posner manages to do in this Slate dialogue on whether federal judges should be subject to age limits.


A couple months old. Posner is the most cited federal judge or justice, by far. I personally think that's too bad, at least for the late Posner, but there it is. H/t AM.

Thank God Posner never made it to the Supreme Court. He's plainly an off-the-charts egomaniac who thinks he should be King.
