Death by Obamacare: ‘Reform’ reams cancer patients | New York Post

All across the country, leading cancer centers — including New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering — are excluded by the largest plans. In Washington state, the largest exchange plans exclude world-class cancer care for kids such as the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. California’s state-of-the-art Cedars-Sinai cancer center isn’t in any ObamaCare plan. Only a few plans include the Mayo Clinic.

And if you want a doctor outside such networks, you’ll generally have to pay the full cost of care.

Ruh-ro. LWJ works for one of these big name brand clinics. I hope this doesn't mean they won't be getting as many patients. Oh, yeah, it's bad if you have cancer too.

Shambolicare is replaced by Obamacare, and Obamacare proves to be worse. I suspect that you may have something to learn from France, or Singapore, or ….

But not the NHS, I must say.

The difference between Shambolicare and Obamacare is that you didn't have to pay for Shambolicare if you chose to pay privately and choose your doctor.

With Obamacare, you're on the hook to pay even if you are backpacking from London to Thailand, and of course there are no Obamacare doctors in that stretch. Or in Japan. Or anywhere in Latin Amerika. Ditto for Africa.

Obamacare is for sedentary old fatsos, not risk-taking young folks.
