People should stop saying, X is entitled to an up or down vote. They only say that when they have the votes to get it, if the vote were 50+, or else they wouldn't be asking for it. We have evolved a system, for now, of requiring 60 votes on controversial matters in the Senate. So that's it. Get 60 or shut up.
