Yes, if you're Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg, you should use your imagination and follow your dream. Everybody else should make like Amy Chua and her kids, if they don't want their lunch eaten by somebody both smarter and hungrier.

Larry Summers sounded like he was claiming that possession of a Harvard credential made it unnecessary to actually learn anything.
