This is no problem! We just need a carbon trading market with price controls! Do I have to think of everything around here?
And I knew it! Global warming has not slowed down. In fact, it is getting worse. And it is not the IPCC that says so; it's the WMO. OK, that's another part of the UN, but it's very reliable. Trust me. BTW I have this pal who's a really good golfer. Would you like to meet him?
