Rasmussen reports:
Overall, 48% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) now disapprove.
What is interesting about this is that Obama does so much worse with those who strongly approve or disapprove than with those who have more tepid views. It is not surprising. The strongly disapprove is where all those people at the Tea Parties are coming from. Strongly disapprove does not quite capture my sentiments towards our President, but I guess it will have to do.
Update: Gateway Pundit reports that the -14 approval index has fallen 44 points since Obama was elected. It appears that Obama was something like +30 (42 strongly approve, 12 strongly disapprove) when inaugerated. That means every 5 days of his presidency, there is a 1 point decrease in his approval index. Now, that is impressive! Forget about his ability to give a good speech. To make full use of a fawning press corps. This guys really knows how to make use of the force of gravity.

Wow! Perhaps we won't have to fit that 5th face on Rushmore after all.
I suppose this is going to require a whole slew of further speeches by the ObaMessiah, and Pelosi and Frank (et al.), telling me how un-American it is to disagree with Him, and how anyone who does is stupid, and an unwitting pawn of the evil Republican/corporate interests conspiracy. That ought to turn His number right around!
