Dershowitz on Gaza conflict Tom Smith

I often disagree with Prof. Dershowitz but he seems entirely right to me about this.  Now I am watching the Lehrer News Hour, which is showing the British ITV version of events.

What foolishness. Dershowitz is as wrong as he always is. The moral equivalency that moral people draw is between Israeli civilians and Palestinian civilians, not Israeli terrorists and Palestinian terrorists.
