Out of deference to our more sensitive readers, I will not indulge in any torture jokes. I will just note that a lot of high value terror suspects in secret CIA prisons are going to find this a very disappointing development.
My guess is Obama has been getting briefed on some very scary stuff.
Well, Reason should be happy, at least - they don't have to find something new to complain about!
