This really sucks

We could end up with much worse legislation than the bill that just failed. And it will be administered by Obama plus 2 houses. Oh well. Capitalism was fun while it lasted.

What do you think about Issa's proposal to issue bonds to pay for the recovery?
Seems like a more capitalistic approach than the disaster Bush put on the table.
