HSA at Risk

George Bush claimed to have agreed to some bad portions of the Medicare Prescription Drug legislation to get Health Saving Accounts (HSAs). Not exactly a good deal, but at least he got something. Now, the Democrats want to regulate them to death. Let's hope Bush vetoes this, but I am not holding my breath.
