Welcome to the BlogosphereMike Rappaport

It gives me great pleasure to welcome to the blogosphere Judge Lee Sarokin.  Judge Sarokin, who served on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, was a jurist in residence at the University of San Diego Law School for several years.  In fact, there is still an office with his name on it.  I got to know him a bit during this period and found him to be a great guy -- very friendly and quite fun to talk with.  Needless to say that Sarokin, as a liberal judge in the mold of Stephen Reinhardt, and I don't agree on much legally, but his views are nonetheless quite interesting.  His first post strikes me as representative.
